DescriptionThe case is Berg's 1-17S Washington monument, Richmond VA (listed as scarce). Except for a broken hinge, it is in fine condition with no noticeable chips, cracks, etc. The old man in his stovepipe top hat sits with his arm resting on a spiral table. There is a light flesh tone to the man's face and hands.
