DescriptionChinese style painting showing Christ the Crucified in the clothing and with the appearance of a Chinese ruler of the Han dynasty, which was the time of Christ. Done to commemorate Christ the King Day as observed by members of the Benedictine Order. Under the imperial cap is seen a crown of thorns.
