Ali Yusif Karim was wounded January 2005 when his Iraqi army vehicle ran over an IED (Improvised Explosive Device). Nosh spent several years in Iraq photographing people wounded by war. "There is no reliable way of quantifying the number of Iraqi civilians injured on a daily basis in the ongoing conflict," says Nosh. "The number of fatalities and the constant violence and chaos indicate that the numbers are undoubtedly devastating."
