DescriptionHeadless, sculpted figure atop a staircase newel post with the lettering "FIDEL" on the wall behind where the figure's head would be. The staircase is curved, with an ornate iron baluster. The sculpture is held upright with a wire around its waist. The building looks to be in disrepair.
