DescriptionRound, deep dish with slightly everted lip, body flares into narrow ring foot, grey/white clay body, cobalt blue underglaze, clear gloss glaze except on base. Inside: 5 circular parallel lines - 1 on lip & 2 on cavetto serving as a border encasing 6 flower-leaf medallions alternating w/2 diaper patterns (coin & scale). 2 lines in center encircle landscape & pavilion scene (rocks, pine & willow trees; pagoda; 2 pavilions; 2 thatched huts, arched bridge, one sail junk). Outside: 4 circular parallel lines - 1 near lip, 1 on cavetto bordering 3 prunus floral designs, 1 at foot below 3 motifs (prunus, pine, bamboo, 1 line on foot below continuous wavy line.
