DescriptionEarly Intermediate Period. Globular pot with flat base, wall rising with outward slope, rounding to inward slope at 2/3 height, narrow neck with wide flat flaring rim. handle loop from edge of rim to wall, attached head on opposite side, cylindrical with large ear spools, domical cap, beaked nose, large inscribed eyes, small slit mouth, brownish red slip with buff pigment on interior of rim, cap eyes and ear spools of figure, upper 2/3 of wall painted buff with resist patterns of geometric shapes, mostly panels of wavy lines.
