A fine miniature jade water vessel of modified archaic bronze gui form, the round body, supported on three low conical feet, the mouth rim set with two rectangular handles flared steeply out from the rim. The jade warm greyish-white color with darker striations.

A rare and unusual jade boulder of natural form, the front with a scene of a sage and boy attendant observing twin aquatic birds as they swim. The whole sculptured with rocks and trees; the stone a pale celadon tone with russet markings.

The massive boulder carved with a scholar at rest under a pine tree in front of a cascading waterfall, accompanied by a young acolyte holding an instrument in attendance, all surrounded by a tree-lined rocky moutainscape, the reverse boldly carved with further pine trees growing from jagged rockwork, the underside detailed, the stone of dark celadon tone with areas of black and cream highlights.

A fine small zitan box and hinged cover of rectangular form with internal tray and beaded rims, mounted with a standard ruyi-head hasp and indented-corner rectangular lock-plate, ruyi-head corners to the cover, and corner strips to the cover and box in yellow brass.
