DescriptionBixa orellana (Achiote plant) in flower, with red seeds inside a fuzzy seed pod. Hesperiidae (the blue moth) and Pyralidae (the blue and white moth) and their larvae/caterpillars and pupae resembling the subfamily Arctiinae (Family Erebidae) crawl on the plant.
