DescriptionBlanc-de-chine style sculpture of the Daoist goddess accompanied by a deer.

The standing goddess wearing long flowing robes with finely incised hems, her right hand held poised in the air, the left hand holding a sprig, her serene face framed by her earrings and hair tied in a chignon accented with flowers, accompanied by a deer covered with a blanket and saddle supporting a flower basket, all on a rectangular rock base, the back impressed with the seals 'dehua' and 'pu ji yu ren'.
