Visual DescriptionThe well-potted body of globular shape rising to an elegant flaring neck, the exterior glazed a liver red stopping short of the white glazed rim and the neat foot.

The well-potted body of globular form with a tall, slightly flaring cylindrical neck, the exterior all under a rose-pink glaze with a slight 'orange-peel' effect, the interior and base around the reserved iron-red seal mark all with a turquoise glaze, traces of gilt along mouth rim.

Thickly potted, flaring sides, covered inside and out with a lustrous blackish glaze densely streaked in russet with hare's fur markings falling short in a pooled line above the shallow, circular foot exposing the dark gray stoneware, the indented mouth rim covered with a matte, iron-rich slip.

Scrolling lotus design on the surface of the charger forms a swastika shape; six character mark on base. A large blue and white dish, the rounded sides rising from a channeled foot ring to a slightly everted rim, well painted in bright tones of underglaze blue on the interior and the exterior with a bold overall pattern of lotus scroll bearing large stylized blossoms.
