DescriptionThree Amazilla Beryllina (Berylline Amazili) hummingbirds with green chests and backs, and brownish red tails and wings, with a Maxillaria Warreana orchid that has green leaves and white flowers with purple centers. Two birds stand on the plant while another flies nearby. Plate 312 from volume V of "A Monograph of the Trochilidae, or Family of Hummingbirds" (London, 1849-1861).
